What is web design and usability UX/UI?

The acronym "UX UI" comes from User eXperience and User Interface
and correspond to the design and usability of a website, app, or any other digital medium.

Both concepts, design, and usability, are closely linked, that is why it is often talk about both concepts together.

For us, it is essential that our clients’ websites have a good design and, above all, good usability, meaning that the website is attractive and easy to navigate for any type of user on any device. Good usability, in addition to generating a good image of your brand, significantly improves all conversion ratios, both in the fields of lead generation and online sales.

From an operational point of view, we invoice our clients for two concepts:

  • A design and usability audit, which includes the analysis of the entire web or app. It is paid only once, at the beginning of the agreement.
  • The implementation of all the improvements detected in the audit. We do this in case that our client does not have a web master that can do it.
